The pub is 7 miles outside of Brighton, near Hassocks. Our client is offering a competitive salary with long term career prospects in a well established business.
Due to the beautiful countryside location of the pub; you would be required to have your own transport as public transport locally is limited.
The successful Chef will have:
- Have at least 18 months experience in a similar role
- A background in a BUSY gastro pub or similar
- Great cooking ability
- Thrive in the busy kitchen environment
- A great personality
